We will also have a shortinformationpresentation for parents so they can get a better understanding of what the 4-H program has to offer. This is open to all youth ages 5-18 years of age. Culver enlisted in the National Guard in May 1985 until 1995 and did his service through the Mitchell National Guard. After getting out of the National Guard, Tom took an 11-year break before re-enlisting in 2006. Culver decided to re-enlist after 9/11 becauseofthebenefitsoffered and the state of the affairs of the country.

The Bon Homme County Rabbit & Poultry Club is ready to help if you are new to small animal projects in 4-H. For poultry enthusiasts,AchievementDaysclassesrangefrompurebred exhibition poultry, layer pens, or meat pens. Time is of the essence here so that your poultry is fully feathered and in its best condition by Achievement Days in August. Our club members help newcomers by getting you in contact with breeders, giving advice on setup and care, and coaching on preparing your birds and yourself. Youth interested in rabbits also should be starting to contact breeders and working on finding a rabbit to show. Rabbits must be purebred and tattooed.
