Local physicians refer to summer as trauma season. The need for blood donations rises during the summer months due to increased travel and summertime accidents. LifeServe Blood Center, the SOLE supplier to over 130 hospitals in South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa, is seeking eligible blood donors to give blood immediately during the summer season. Read moreThe 1st annual Zach Johnson Legacy Golf Tournament was held Saturday, July 23rd at the Bon Homme Golf Course. The tournament was a four person scramble format, with 30 teams (120 golfers), and many family and friends that attended and helped with set up, registration, food, and monitoring. There were over 60 businesses that provided hole sponsorships for the day. The Championship flight winning team was Adam Myers, Brock Tucker, Marshall Einrem and Zac Minder.

Along with his Trustee duties, Ernie & Theresa did numerous hours of volunteer work for Dante.
