Joseph Sr. and Julia A. (Gonzalez) Joseph. Waste lived on the Yankton Sioux Reservation where he attended Marty Indian School through the 12th grade. He later went on to Job Corp where he received his GED. Waste worked for L.A. Gus Stop and at S&K.
