Tom Culver is being honored as this month’s Veteran of the Month. Culver is a veteranoftheWarinAfghanistan. Culver enlisted in the National Guard in May 1985 until 1995 and did his service through the Mitchell National Guard. After getting out of the National Guard, Tom took an 11-year break before re-enlisting in 2006. Culver decided to re-enlist after 9/11 becauseofthebenefitsoffered and the state of the affairs of the country.

Our club members help newcomers by getting you in contact with breeders, giving advice on setup and care, and coaching on preparing your birds and yourself. Youth interested in rabbits also should be starting to contact breeders and working on finding a rabbit to show. Rabbits must be purebred and tattooed.

The first podcast gave an introduction to what to expect on the weekly talk and just a taste of the background of each host. The podcast covers all addictions, but methamphetamine is one of the addictions that both of the hosts have battled with. They both feel extremely lucky and proud to be a part of the 2%; the 2% being the percentage of people that actually recover from methamphetamine addiction.
