Under the direction of Julie Rysavy, Andes Central once again has a marching band. Marching band teaches the students different responsibilities. It also helps gets students involved and helps to foster school and community spirit. Being a part of Andes Central’s marching band gives the students a sense of pride. AC/DC AT ETHAN/PARKSTON INVITE

On Thursday, October 5, the Thunder ran in the Ethan/ Parkston Invite. Despite the cool, windy weather and tough course, the runners did well. In the varsity races, Eilie DeHaan finished 20th with a time of 23:05.56 and Luke Dangel finished with a time of 21:08.13. Renner DeHaan ran his first varsity race ever and finished with a time of 23:03.29.
