BLOOD DRIVE RESULTS

The LifeServe Blood Center blood drive sponsored by Wagner High School on Monday, 3/28/22, had a fantastic turn-out! 33 donors registered and 36 units of life saving blood was donated. Thank you to everyone that came out to help boost the LOCAL blood supply! The units donated at the blood drive can help save up to 108 lives! There were a few milestone donors who are listed below and a special thanks to Charlene Soukup and the Wagner National Honor Society for sponsoring and hosting the blood drive.

Easter Cantata 2022 "Closer to the Cross"

The Bon Homme Community Choir is making final preparations for this years Easter Cantata. "Closer to the Cross" is the title for this years Easter Cantata. The choir once again is directed by Autumn Schultz. Closer to the Cross is an invitation to draw near to God and to experience, through worship, just what it took for Jesus to overcome death, hell and the grave. Contemporary music with familiar songs as we celebrate the Journey of Christ. This is the 83rd year of the Bon Homme Community Choir.

KDKO PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARDS 2021-2022

KDKO began giving this award in 2017 to our 3 local basketball teams, the Andes Central/Dakota Christian, Marty Indian and Wagner schools. Unfortunately, in 2020 we did not award a player of the year due to the pandemic.

AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY SOUP AND SANDWICH BAKE SALE

The Wagner American Legion Auxiliary had a very successful Soup and Sandwich Luncheon and Bake Sale on Thursday, March 31. The Auxiliary would appreciates all of those who attended and all of those who donated. All of the proceeds will help veterans, military families, and children and youth in the community.
