Avon Community Blood Drive Supports Patients with Lifesaving Donations Avon community members stepped up in a big way this June, turning compassion into action at the most recent Avon Community Blood Drive. Thanks to their generosity, 19 units of blood were collected from 15 donors – enough to support up to 57 patients in local hospitals, many of whom arecancerpatientsinurgentneedof bloodduringtreatment.

As always we had a good time with a lot of various winners and a great Bingo caller and helper.
