Voni Hubbell graduated from Avon High School in 2012 and continued her education at Dakota State University, whereshegraduated in 2017. She chose to become an English teacher because she really enjoyed English in high school. Voni is happily married to Chris Hubbell, and together they have three children: Kinglee-5, Vonnagail-3, and Champ-1. Somehobbiesthatsheenjoys include baking, singing, and painting. Right away in the game, Paxton Bierma took the opening kickoff 88 yards untouchedtotheendzonefor a touchdown. At the end of the first quarter, the Pirates were up 14-0. In the third quarter, Landon Thury had a 2-yard touchdown pass, and Trace Pelton had a 27yard touchdown pass as well. The Pirates defeated the Colome Cowboys 42-12. The Pirates will travel to BurketotakeontheCougars on August, 25.
