The Red Raiders went back and forth with Burke in the first period, then Wagner held Burke to just 1 point in the second quarter and took a 30-9 lead into half time. Wagner extended their lead to 30 points in the second half. Preston McFayden tied the school record, he made 9 three pointers, Paul Kuhlman made 9 in a game in the 1998 season. McFayden had a game high 28 points. Ted Slaba added 13 points, Joey Cournoyer added 10, Chris Nelson 9, Carter Cournoyer 4 and Parker Petry 4.
