BHSA DEFEATS YANKTON, 5TH AT HARRISBURG

BHSA-28, Yankton-24 On January 23 at Tyndall, the Bon Homme/Scotland/ Avon girls won a 28-24 dual vs. Yankton. Yankton took a big 18-0 lead as Adrianna Boucher won by fall over Tatum Palsma in 1:53 at 100, Chloe Caton won by fall over Sydney Johnson in 5:28 at 115, and Alexis Brenden won by fall over Jasmine Ruelas-Hertz in 5:23 at 120. The hosts scored the next 22 points with Charlie Faehnrich taking a forfeit at 125, Harper Kracht won a major decision 15-2 over Sofia Delgado at 130, Hadlee Kracht at 135 won by fall over Jaclyn Kyte in 1:48, and Bailey Kemnitz won by forfeit at 140. The teams traded forfeits at 145 and 190 with Winry Yaggie and Hope Kemnitz giving the home team a four-point win.
