It’s often stated that public speaking is the number one fear in America. Is it yours? It may have been a fear for The Wagner Oral Interp students at the beginning of the season, but not any more! These kids came to their local meet polished and ready to go. The meet was held on November 1st. Each student who received first place in their category will be moving onto the 2A Regions Contest held in Oakoma on November 15th.

This area includes Goose Lake, Highland, Howard, Moore, Plain Center, Wahehe, and White Swan townships. The nominee for this election is Jeffrey Kuhlman and Randy Robertson. The successful candidate will serve a three-year term on the FSA county committee.

T Sgt Michael M. Kirwan was born on March 18, 1969 to Mike and Willa Kirwan. He grew up in the Ft. Randall area on his parents' farm. Following his 1987 graduation from Andes Central High School, he enlisted in the Air Force.
