Bill was born on July 19, 1940, in Plentywood Mt. to William and Margaret Reiter. Bill passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 26, 2022, in Wagner. Services will be on Saturday, February 5, at 1 p.m. CST. in Fort Yates, ND at the AJ Agard building with Father John Floberg officiating. Burial will be at St. Elizabeth’s Cemetery, Wakpala, with military honors. Peters Funeral home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

The Library Children's Garden is one of 50 recipients of Kid's Gardening grant for 2022. Each recipient will receive seeds, fertilizer, tools and a cash prize. The library plans to purchase grow lights so the library can start plants for transplanting to the outdoor garden space. The library also plans to increase the size of the gardening effort at the library when we move to our new space.
