Avon student Stella Ratzlaff was recently recognized for her outstanding achievement in the State Arbor Day Essay Contest.Ratzlaff earned first place at the state level and received a plaque and a $125 cash award for her winning essay. She is the daughter of David and Amber Ratzlaff of Avon.
