PHYLLIS R. SULLY
Phyllis Ramona Felicia Sully, 98, died Saturday, August 15, 2026 at the Lake Andes Senior Living Center. Funeral services were Wednesday, August 19 at the Lighthouse Church in Wagner. Burial was in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood.
Phyllis was born May 12, 1928 to Agnes Weddell Felicia and George Felicia at their home residence south of Wagner.
Phyllis grew up in Wagner and attended school in Marty, later graduating 12th grade from Rosebud Boarding School in May 1946. She moved home, met Curtis Sully, and had Loretta Hare. She then met Emery Gordon Milk and had Karen Marie Milk, Roberta Ann Milk Archambeau, Donna Lynn Milk, and Michael Dean Milk.
She later relocated to Pierre, working at Kings Inn, St. Mary's Hospital, and St. Charles Hospital. She met Doyle Sully, Sr. and they lived and worked in Pierre until retiring and moving to Wagner in 1985.
Phyllis worked at the Fort Randall Casino until retiring in her 70s. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to rummage sales, Labor Day, visiting friends, and riding around with her sister Judy Felicia. She was a member of the Kateri Circle. She made many phoen calls to her kids, grandchildren, family, and friends to check on everyone,
hanging up the phone without saying goodbye when she was done talking. Her favorite music was polka and country, especially Freddy Fender.
Phyllis is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Phyllis will be greatly missed by all her relatives and friends.
