Connie Sue Delvaux, 72, of Yankton, formerly of Pickstown died Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at the age of 72, at Avera Majestic Bluffs Hospice in Yankton, after a long battle with lung cancer. Connie was born July 29, 1947 in Cedar County Nebraska to Richard and Miriam (Tilton) Fiscus.

Virgil Bechen, 83, of Lake Andes, died April 2, 2020 at Wagner Good Samaritan Center. Due to the COVID-19-related gathering restrictions, Virgil’s family held private services at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Lake Andes on Monday, April 6.

Wake services for Brycen Day Drapeaux began Monday at the Marty Community Center in Marty. Funeral services were Wednesday, April 1 at the Community Center. Burial was in the Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Judy Soulek-Hubbard, 75 of New Bern, NC died April 1, 2020 at Craven Medical Center in Havelock, NC from complicatons of cancer. Judy was born January 1, 1945. At this time services are pending per the family.

Due to current health concerns, private services for Wayne Warren Wunder, 82, of Delmont, were held Saturday, March 28 at Peters Funeral Home in Wagner. Burial was in the Delmont Cemetery, rural Delmont. Wayne Warren Wunder was born June 14, 1937 at the family farm to Harvey and Beryl Wunder.

Due to current health concerns, private services for Dale McAdaragh, 84, of Wagner were held on Saturday at Peters Funeral Home in Wagner. Interment was in St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery in Platte. Dale Joseph McAdaragh was born October 15, 1935 in Huron, to Harry and Inez (Coleman) McAdaragh.

Due to the current health concerns, private services for Thomas J. Beeson, 93, of Wagner were held and memorial services will be held at a later date. Burial with military honors was in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, rural Wagner.

Gary was born to Wesley J. Kaberna and DeElda A. (Newman) Kaberna on June 26, 1940, in Wagner. He attended country schools and graduated from Wagner High School. He attended a semester at South Dakota State in Brookings, before returning to the family farm.

Funeral Service for Arlene Svanda were held Tuesday, March 10 at Go glin Funeral Home in Tyndall. Burial will be in Country Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Tabor, South Dakota at a later date. Arlene Svanda was born Sunday, December 23, 1928 in Wagner, to Edward and Hattie Nedved.

Funeral Services for Jessica Ann Costello, (Grace Atana Hart) 37, of Lake Andes were Friday, March 13 at the White Swan Community Center. Burial was in St. Phillips Episcopal Cemetery, Lake Andes. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.
