Gary James Doty, age 75, of Vermillion, passed away sur-rounded by family on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Gary was born on April 3, 1947 to James and Stella (Steffen) Doty in Winner. After receiving his GED, he joined the South Dakota Army National Guard as a Combat Medic.

Virgil C. Jurrens, age 88, passed away January 31, 2023. He was born November 22, 1934 the son of Tim and Lena (Roll) Jurrens in Tyndall. Virgil graduated from Avon High School in 1953, and married Maxine M. Mayer June 17, 1955 in Avon.
