Funeral services for Lester Gramkow were held Monday, October 25 at Zion Lutheran Church in Avon. Burial was in the Gramkow-Vesper Lutheran Cemetery, rural Avon, with Military Honors. Visitation was at the church on Monday. Peters Funeral Chapel in Avon was in charge of arrangements.

Lattie and Carol Draughon entered their heavenly home to spend eternity together, Carol first on Friday, October 22, 2021 at the age of 75, Lattie following shortly after on Saturday, October 23 at the age of 79, at Avera St. Michael’s Hospital in Tyndall. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m.

Due to Covid-19 issues, the Celebration of Bob’s Life scheduled for 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the American Legion Hall in Wagner is being postponed until a later date.

Funeral services for Harold Provost, 63, of Lake Andes, were held, Saturday, October 23, at the White Swan Community Center. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements. Harold Vernon Provost was born to Charity (Kiyukan) Wood on October 11, 1958 in Wagner.

Geraldine died Friday, October 15, 2021 at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, NE. Visitation and wake services were held Tuesday at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. A Celebration of Her Life was held Wednesday, October 20, at the Community Center.

Michelle died Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Wake services were held at the Marty Community Center in Marty. Memorial services were Saturday, October 23 at the Community Center. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Eunice died Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. Wake services began Wednesday at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. Funeral services were Saturday, October 23 at the White Swan Community Center. Burial was in St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Marty.

Gary Ole Gullickson, died March 12, 2021 from complications of Parkinson’s disease. No services were held at this time. Gary was born June 22, 1944 in Freeman to Della (Graber) and Walter Gullickson. His childhood years were spent on the family farm, working alongside his parents.

Mrs. Bernice Heusinkveld, age 97, of Hull, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at the Hegg Memorial Health Center in Rock Valley. There was a memorial service on Monday, October 18, at the First Reformed Church in Hull. The Rev. Adam Van Der Stoep officiated.

Bob died Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Society in Wagner. A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be held 1p.m., Wednesday, October 27 at the American Legion Hall in Wagner. Burial is in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner. Peters Funeral Home in Avon is in charge of arrangements.
