Wagner Rotary Club began their April 9, 2025, meeting with a ring of the bell and a recitation of our special Rotary Prayer. Song leader Gerrit Juffer picked an “oldie” for us to sing: “Old McDonalds Farm.” We were instructed to use chickens, ducks, and moo moos for the animals.

The Wagner American Legion Auxiliary Greer Unit #11 is proud to honor Tom Soukup as April’s Veteran of the Month. Soukup graduated from Marty High School in the spring of 1959 at 17 years of age.

Mission Accomplished!

The Avon High School and Community Blood Drive recently proved that real heroes walk among us, as dedicated donors and volunteers came together to provide lifesaving blood donations to patients in need. The event saw an incredible turnout, with 45 donors stepping up to give the gift of life.

BARTUNEK TO RIDE FOR THE WALL

Rod Bartunek, 1978 Avon graduate, will participate in the 2025 Run For The Wall’s annual ride. Run For the Wall is the “largest and longest organized cross-country motorcycle run of its kind in the world.
