SCHOOL DISTRICTS AWARDED GRANT TO ADVANCE STATEWIDE LITERACY INITIATIVE

Pierre – The South Dakota Department of Education awarded 28 school districts the Elevating Literacy Across South Dakota (ELASD) Grant. The ELA-SD Grant is funded from the federal Comprehensive Literacy State Development (CLSD) grant, awarded to the department last year.

RED RAIDERS PLACE 8TH AT THE STATE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

The Red Raider volleyball team traveled to Rapid City to compete in the 2025 State volleyball tournament. Wagner faced a tough Dakota Valley squad in the opening round and lost with scores of 8-25, 11-25, and 18-25.

GUEST SPEAKERS Andes Central School held their annual Veteran's Day Program on Tuesday, November 11th in their school auditorium. Students honored Veteran's with poetry, instrumental and choral presentations. Marvin Gall and Cole Johnson were featured guest speakers.

WAGNER SHOCKS WINNER AND ADVANCES TO STATE

The Wagner volleyball team traveled to Chamberlain to take on the Winner Warriors in the SoDak 16 matchup. The Red Raiders came out swinging and battled every set finishing strong with a 3-1 win with scores of 25-21, 18-25, 25-16, and 25-13.
