The Wagner Labor Day Kids Pedal Pull drew in 42 young competitiors despite the heat on Saturday, September 5th.

Young participants showed off their creativity during the Wagner Labor Day Kiddie Parade, held Saturday morning at 10 a.m.In the floats category, the Hall Family earned first place, the Deurmier Cousins placed second and Andersh Farmers received third place.

Saturday’s Wagner Labor Day festivities got off to an energetic start with the annual Road Race at 8 a.m.In the three-mile men’s run, Bradyn Lohtak placed first, followed by Matt Slaba in second and Zach Schoenfelder in third.

The 2026 Wagner Labor Day Poker Run was held Saturday morning, beginning at 11 a.m.Richard Kokes claimed the high evens prize with a score of 163 and a 10-point tiebreaker. Nathan Mathis and Tiff Hidlicka won the high odds category with a score of 175.

Hayden Wren was crowned the 2026 Wagner Labor Day Queen during the queen announcement held at 6:15 p.m. Friday, September 4, at the Wagner Armory. Lydia Frei was named the 2026 Wagner Labor Day Princess, while Portlyn Jones received Queen First Runner-Up honors.

The Wagner Labor Day festivities kicked off Friday, September 4, with the first annual Labor Day Golf Tournament at Randall Hills Golf Club.Carson Kirwan, Jaden Peters, Nick Dion and Dereck Dickerson claimed first place in the championship flight.

It’s been 25 years since September 11, 2001, but anyone who lived through that day remembers it vividly.
