ANDERSH RETIRES FROM WCS AFTER 41 YEARS

Kevin Andersh has decided to retire from the Wagner Community School District after 41 years. Andersh began driving school bus for WCS in the fall of 1983. He first started working for WCS when he and his wife had moved back to Wagner and he was in need of a job.

4th Annual 605 Unity JAM

The 4th Annual 605 Unity Jam was held Sunday at Wagner Lake. The event is a A Multi-Cultural Jamboree of Art & Music. The purpose of the event is to increase cultural awareness, understanding, acceptance and appreciation of all cultures.

MEMORIAL DAY PROGRAM HELD

Avon Legion and Auxiliary held their Memorial Day Program Monday, May 27th. Jim and Shirley Jonkers received 70 year recognition for American Legion Membership. Florence Powers read the Auxiliary Departed with Lydia Yost and Abby Gretschmann assisting (pictures above).

2024 MR. CARP AND MISS BULLHEAD CROWNED

Crowned on Saturday June 1st at the Fish Days Street Dance were the winners of the Mr. Carp and Miss Bullhead competition. Those competing for the coveted titles were Cole Bergin, Cliff Johnson, Bradley Dangel, Tab Stluka, Joy Wenzlaff and Aubrey Gray. Cliff Johnson was crowned Mr.
