We would like to thank everyone for a successful planting this spring. We planted 50 acres of grass, 15 acres of trees, and laid 20,720 feet of fabric.
The Bon Homme-Charles Mix County 4-H Horse Show was held Wednesday, June 25th at the 7-N Arena in Springfield SD. Judge for the show was Megan Knievel, Ewing, NE.

Dennisha Johanneson and Alexander Evans were honored for making the Spring President’s List at Mitchell Technical Institute.
Bryant Thomas Soulek qualified for the Iowa State University Dean’s List.
It takes a lot of dedication and determination to get promoted to the top ranks in the South Dakota Army National Guard. But recently, two Wagner soldiers achieved that goal and were promoted in a dual ceremony held at the 211th Engineer Company in Madison, SD.
June 25, 2025, was President Jordan Weber’s last meeting as President for our Rotary Year. Jordan rang the Rotary bell, and all members stood to recite the Rotary Prayer. There were no guests for the day, so we went right to singing “The Battle Hymn of the Republic” led by Rotarian Gerrit Juffer.
The Wagner American Legion and Wagner American Legion Auxiliary recently sent delegates to their respective 2025 State Conventions. The annual four-day event was held in Huron on June 19 – 22.
