Funeral services for Javon Ehrismann, 97, of Wagner were held Wednesday, August 17 at the United Methodist Church in Wagner. Burial was in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Funeral service for Adam Hoffman were Wednesday, August 17 at St. John's Lutheran Church near Dimock. Adam Francis Hoffman was born on January 26, 1983 to Lee Hoffman and Karen (Bechen) Pich in Parkston. He was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church near Dimock.

Bruce A. Dvoracek, age 69, of Lesterville, died Friday, August 5, 2022, as a result of a car accident. Funeral services were held Thursday, August 11, at Martinus Lutheran Church in Utica with Reverend Dean Schroeder officiating.

Leo O’Connor, 84, of Lake Andes, died Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Society in Wagner. Funeral services were Saturday, August 13 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Marty, with military honors. He will be cremated following his funeral and inurnment will be in St.

Mary Varin, 81, of Lake Andes, died Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Private services are being held. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

Trinity Thin Elk, 22, of Lake Andes, died Monday, August 8, 2022 at his home in Lake Andes. Funeral services were Friday, August 12 at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. Burial was in St. Phillip’s Episcopal Cemetery in Lake Andes.

Wanda Rae (Martin) Johnsen passed away at home peacefully on Friday, August 5, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. Wanda was born May 12, 1950, to Leon and Norma Martin in Wagner. She graduated from Wagner High School in 1968 and Dakota Wesleyan University in 1972.
