The number 6 seeded Red Raiders traveled to Alexandria to take on the number 3 seeded Hanson Beavers in the first round of region 5 play on Tuesday night. Wagner got off to a bit of a slow start, they trailed 21-7 after the first quarter.

RAIDERS CLASH WITH TITAN’S IN THE SODAK 16 The Lady Raiders traveled to the Corn Palace last Thursday night to clash with the Tea Titan’s. It wasn’t your usual #2 vs #15 match-up.

The Wagner 7th/8th basketball teams concluded their seasons with a pair of games against the Winner Warriors at the Armory in Wagner on Monday, February 27. In the 7th grade game, the Warriors jumped out to an early 8-4 lead after the first quarter.

The Raiders finished their season in Rapid City at the South Dakota Class B state wrestling tournament on Friday February 24. We brought four guys to the state tournament and brought home ninth place as a team.

The Avon Lady Pirates traveled to Corsica Tuesday, February 21st for Region play against Corsica/Stickney. The girls played a great game but suffered the tough loss 30-42 to end their season.
