The Wagner JV played Chamberlain Friday night in Wagner. The boys fell behind 8-05 after the first period and trailed 22-14 at the half/ Points were hard to come by for Wagner in the second half. They lost the game 42-23. Colton Zephier, Leon Fields and Payne Petry all scored 6 points for Wagner.

The Region 3B Wrestling Tournament was held Saturday in Wagner.

Avon boys suffered the loss Thursday, February 13th at Armour where they faced off against Tripp/Delmont/Armour. Aziah Meyer, Trevor Eggers and Al'Shamon Gunter were the players in double-digits with Meyer scoring 16, and Eggers and Gunter each with 10.

On Thursday, February 13 the Pirates traveled to Armour where they suffered the loss to Tripp/Delmont/Armour 38-45. Lila Vanderlei was the lone player in double-digits scoring 15 points.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian defeated the Bearcats with a final score of 36-67 on Thursday, February 13th. The boys maintained the lead for all four quarters. Starting with a 2 point lead in the first quarter making it 12-10.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian hosted the Bearcats on Thursday, February 13th and secured a win 46-28. Both teams remained neck throughtout the first two quarters. ACDC were 2 points behind in the first quarter with 11-13. The girls ended the second quarter with 18-17 lead.

The Lady Raiders hosted the Sanborn Central Woonsocket Black Hawks last Tuesday night in girls basketball action. Both teams would trade buckets up to a 6-6 tie as the Black Hawks would close out the first quarter with a 14-9 lead.

The Wagner varsity team jumped out to a 17-13 lead after the first quarter Tuesday night and led 32-24 at the half.

Avon traveled to Scotland on Tuesday, February 4th to take on the Scotland/Menno Trappers and suffered the tough loss 30-63.
