The Wagner Volleyball team traveled to Alexandria on Tuesday, October 1 to take on the Beaverettes. The Raiders lost in four sets with scores of 15-25, 20-25, 25-23, and 22-25.
Leading the attack were Ravyn Medricky putting down 12 kills, Hannah Holzbauer added 7 and Adara Hopkins had 4.
The Wagner Volleyball team traveled to Elk Point to take on the Huskies on Thursday, October 3rd. The Lady Red Raiders fought hard but came up short with scores of 19-25, 18-25, and 23-25.

The Wagner Volleyball team battled the Tri-Valley Mustangs on Saturday, October 5th and came away with the win. Scores of the match were 25-17, 18-25, 23-25, 30-28, and 16-14.
The Lady Pirates hosted Colome Thursday, September 26 where they swept the Cowboys 3-0. At the serve line Rilyn Thury had 3 aces and Lila Vanderlei had 2. Lila Vanderlei led the attack with 11 kills and 8 digs, Kaeli Wallinga had 7 kills and 3 blocks, Thury had 6 kills.
During the Andes Central homecoming football game against the Burke Bulldogs on Friday, September 20th, the Thunderhawks dominated the field, ending the game at halftime with a final score of 66-7. Isaac Wunder led the Thunderhawks in offense with 102 rushing yards, one touchdown and 53 pass yards.

The Lady Thunder traveled to Bon Homme September 21 for their volleyball tournament. They started off play with Elk Point/Jefferson and suffered the tough loss 0-2.
The Wagner Community School Cheer team held their second annual cheer competition in Wagner on Monday, September 23rd. It was a fun event that highlighted some excellent sportsmanship with the different squads cheering each other on.
It was a beautiful day for running on Monday, September 23. The Wagner Cross Country team attended the meet at Bon Homme. If you are not familiar with the golf course at Bon Homme, you need to know that this golf course is super hilly.
