GEORGE D. THALER Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, April 2, 2019, George D. Thaler, 88, loving husband of 62 years of the late Lorraine F. Thaler. Mr. Thaler was a native of Wagner, South Dakota. He enlisted in the U.S. Army at the age of 17 and served for 22 years.

Betty Jean Blazek, 97, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Rolling Hills Healthcare in Bell Fourche. Betty was born in Fall River County on August 10, 1921 to John and Margaret Carpenter. She married Robert Blazek in Yankton on June 13, 1941.
