Wayne Augustine, 62, of Wagner     Wayne Augustine was born May 5, 1956 at Salt Lake City, UT the son of Stanley and Hazel (Wilhelm) Augustine. He died Thursday, January 24, 2019 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner.    Wayne was raised in Pocatello, ID.
