Funeral Mass for William "Bill" John Varilek, was held Friday, October 5, at St. Leo Catholic Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Goglin Funeral Home of Tyndall was honored to serve Bill’s family and friends.

LaVelle Jiricek, age 93 of Yankton, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Avera Sister James Care Center, Yankton. Funeral services were Friday, October 5 at Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home. Burial followed in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Burton Edward Weaver,92,of Lake Andes, was born in Moville, Iowa on December 17, 1925, the son of David and Kathryn Weaver. He passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018 after a brief illness. Burton was educated and graduated from Moville High School in 1943.

Donna May Cihak, passed away on July 5, 2018 in the arms of her loving daughter Amy at Sunrise of La Jolla Assisted Living Facility. She was born on June 8, 1939, at the Coco Solo Naval Station Hospital in the United States Canal Zone, where her father was stationed on a submarine.

Mary Frances (Lee) Novotny passed away September 11, 2018 in Gresham, Oregon after a 45-year battle with Parkinson's. She was born October 5, 1945 in Sioux City, Iowa to Francis and Edna (Clifford) Lee.

Bruce Daniel McCoy of Platte City was born February 14, 1952 to Lawrence and Anna (Pride) McCoy in Columbus, Ohio. He declared victory over death and entered eternal life with his Heavenly Father and Savior on August 29, 2018. He grew up in rural Kansas and Nebraska.

Simon William Duke passed away unexpectedly September 5, 2018, at his home in Honthem, The Netherlands. A celebration of life service was held at Saint Jan’s Church in Maastricht on September 13, preceded by a private gravesite service at Eygelshof Cemetery.
