Lyle Mensch, 82, of Avon was born June 7, 1942 on a farmnearFreemantoPhilip and Ada (Janzig) Mensch. He died Saturday, May 24, at St. Michael’s Hospital in Tyndall,underhospicecare, surrounded by his family. Lyle attended Avon High School and graduated in 1960.

Joshua Jacob Arrow, Jr, 24 of Sioux Falls. died Sunday, May 18 in Sioux Falls. Burial was in the Cedar Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Lake Andes. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements. Jake was born on August 17, 2000 in Sioux City, IA to Veronica Barrera and Josh Arrow.

Linda McBride, 72, of Wagner died Saturday, May 24 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Burial was in St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery. Peters FuneralHomeinWagner is in charge of arrangements. Linda was born to Katherine T. SpiderWood-Honomichl and Arthur D. Honomichl, Sr.

Mikalena Neal, 24, of Lake Andes, died Wednesday, May 14 the result of an automobile accident near Worthing. Burial was in the Native American Church Cemetery, rural Wagner. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Jean Archambeau, 72, of Wagner, died Friday, May 23 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital, Methodist Campus, in Rochester, MN. Burial was in the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

The family of Lillian Munroe Iron Wing of Sioux Falls, announces with sadness the peaceful passing of Lillian Iron Wing on May 2, at the Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Known for her strength, kindness and humor, Lillian will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Rita Mae Schuch age 90 of Tyndall, passed away Monday, May 12, 2025 at St. Michael’s Hospital Avera, Tyndall. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 21 at 10:30 a.m., at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Tabor, with Rev. Darin Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Lois Marie (Johnson) Lopez was born on January 3, 1958 in Wagner, to Millicent Johnson and Calvin Blaine. She died Friday, April 25, at her home in Vermillion. Lois’s life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family.
