Raven Zephier, 32, of Sioux City, IA, formerly of Wagner, died Friday, February 7, 2025 at Mercy One Medical Center in Sioux City, IA. Funeral services were Saturday, February 15 at the YST South Gym in Wagner. Burial was in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood.

Funeral services for Rochelle Kay Wright, 70, of Eagle Lake, MN were held Monday, February 17 at the White Swan Community Center in Lake Andes. Burial was in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Jill Marlene Wepking Grogan, who departed this world in Sioux Falls, on January 7, 2025. Jill Marlene Wepking was born on May 26, 1947, in Freeport, Illinois to Barbara Erdmier Wepking and Milo Wepking.

Roy Johnson, 69, of Mitchell, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls after a serious illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 11, at RiverTree Church in Mitchell. The burial was at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell at a later date.

Grateful to have shared her life are her parents: Shannon Marshall and Tim Arcoren; brother Christian Arcoren; sister Stephanie Arcoren; niece Marley St. John; sister Zaniwin Cree; and most importantly her son, Matthew Joshua Ruppert.

Brett Marcus Newman, 57, went to his Eternal home on Sunday, February 2, 2025 with family by his side. Brett was born in Lake Andes to Dale and Darlene Newman and lived on the family farm.

Eugene Alvin Longe, 79, went to his heavenly home Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Avera St. Benedict Hospital in Parkston. Services were Saturday, February 8 at First Lutheran Church in Lake Andes. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Lake Andes.

Colleen Marie Youngbluth of Elberta, Alabama died Thursday January 16, 2025 at the Baldwin Medical Center in Foley, Alabama. Colleen was born on December 12, 1940 to John and Velda Welch in Elk Point and grew up in Lake Andes.

Tyrone Terry Peters was born September 29, 1949 in Wagner to Elmer and Velda (Permann) Peters. He died Wednesday, January 29, at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton. Tyrone graduated from Wagner High School in 1967. He attended one year of college at the University of South Dakota.
