Funeral services for Gary Anderson, 79, of Wagner are 10:30 a.m., Friday, September 17 at the Untied Methodist Church in Wagner. Burial is in the Rosehill Cemetery in Parker. Visitation is Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m., followed by a Prayer Service at 7 p.m.

Kenneth Eugene Davis, 79, of Yankon, was born May 16, 1942 in Peoria, IL, youngest of five born to Thomas John Davis (Sr.) and Edna Florence Priddy. Ken was 2nd generation American. His grandfather Isaiah, migrated from England in 1870, and was a coal miner in the Illinois coal mines.

Tyra Kassandra Provost, daughter of Kristlyn Traverse and Tyler Provost, died August 30, 2021 at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton. Graveside services were Friday, September 3, 2021 at the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery, rural Greenwood.

Funeral services for Jason McGhee, 45, of Lake Andes were Wednesday, September 1 at the Community Center. Burial was in the Holy Fellowship Episcopal Cemetery in Greenwood. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements. Jason was the son of Mary Dog Soldier and Wayne McGhee “Flooky”.

Funeral services for Norma Reinschmidt, 87, of Wagner were Saturday, September 4 at The Lighthouse in Wagner. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements. Norma Mae Reinschmidt was born on the farm northeast of Wagner to Jim and Marie (Ober) Holec on January 1, 1934.

Karyn Konfrst, age 78 of Yankton, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September, 11 at Goglin Funeral Home in Yankton. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. There will be no burial.

Darlene Yellow Hawk, 71, of Lake Andes died Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the Lake Andes Senior Living Center. Funeral services were Tuesday, July 27 at the Marty Community Center in Marty. Burial was in St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery in Marty. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Helen Beverly Ratzlaff was born July 21, 1934, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado to George and Esther (Desch) Robinson, the oldest of four children, and passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021, at Ridgewood Care Center in Seward at the age of 87.
