A memorial service with full military rites for DD Youngbluth of Paris, TN will be at the Wagner Cemetery on Tuesday, July 13 at 11:00 a.m. Peters Funeral Home of Wagner is in charge of arrangements.

Merle D. Bartunek “Bart”, 82, of Rapid City, formerly of Wagner Funeral mass was July 2 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Wagner. Burial was in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, rural Wagner, with military honors. Visitation was Thursday at Peters Funeral Home in Wagner.

Delma Slaba, most loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and faithful friend to all those who knew her walked into the arms of our dear sweet Jesus on June 27, 2021. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at home at the age of 82 years.

David Rush, age 65, of Sioux Falls, died on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. David Mark Rush was born October 21,1955, in Flandreau, the son of John J. and Evelyn M. (Valentine) Rush. He grew up on the family farm where he milked cows and farmed for several years.

Funeral Mass for Ann Marie Otte was held Thursday, June 17 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Lake Andes. Burial was in St. Mark’s Catholic Cemetery, Lake Andes. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Sylvester George “Lester” Patocka, 77, of Lake Andes Lester died Saturday, December 12, 2020 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner. Memorial services will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Pickstown Community Church in Pickstown.

Funeral services for Dorlan Rolston, 80, of Wagner will be Thursday, June 24 at 10 a.m., at the United Methodist Church in Wagner. Burial is in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner. Visitation is at the church on Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. Prayer Service.

Mildred Niehus, 91, died at Good Samaritan Society in Corsica on Monday, June 14, 2021. Funeral service was Thursday, June 17 at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Geddes with burial following in St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Ernest Dvorak, 90, of Lake Andes were Monday, June 14 at the Peters Funeral Home in Wagner. Burial was in the Lakeview Cemetery, Lake Andes. Ernest Norman Dvorak was born January 12, 1931 to James and Antonia (Kisely) Dvorak.

LaFaye French, 76, of Wagner died Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Wake services were Tuesday at the All Tribes Fellowship Church in Wagner. Funeral services were Thursday, June 10 at the church. Burial was in the Cedar Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Wagner.
