Carol Jane Morrow, 85, of Mitchell, formerly of Ravinia, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at her home in Mitchell. She died under hospice care surrounded by her loving husband and four daughters. Funeral Mass was held Friday, January 22 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Lake Andes.

Marvin L. Yost, age 60 of Chesterfield, MI passed away January 14 at his home. He was born on July 15, 1960 in Avon to Herb and Sharon Yost. He attended grade school and high school in Avon where he graduated in 1978.

Funeral Services for Corey James Irwin, 31, of Lake Andes were Saturday, January 30 at the United Methodist Church in Wagner. Burial was in the Trinity Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Avon. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Memorial services for Dwane Siewert, 79, of Avon were Saturday, January 30 at the First Baptist Church in Avon. Burial was in the Baptist Cemetery, rural Avon. Peters Funeral Chapel in Avon was in charge of arrangements.

Services for Albert Simek, 94, of Avon were Monday, February 1 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Avon. Burial was in the Tyndall Cemetery with military honors. Peters Funeral Chapel in Avon was in charge of arrangements. Albert T. Simek was born January 12, 1927 north of Tyndall.

“In all my working time, I never had a boss I didn’t like, and I always enjoyed my work.” Funeral services for Paul Bridges Stogsdill, 95, of Wagner were Friday, January 29 at the United Methodist Church in Wagner. Burial was at the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner, with military honors.

Constance Hope Spawn, 84, died at Avera Bormann Manor in Parkston on Saturday, January 30, 2021. Visitation will be Friday, February 5 from 5 - 7 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church in Lake Andes. There will be a private family funeral service. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Lake Andes.

Private memorial services for Gerald Dean “Tub” Harrington, 90, of Wagner will be held 1:30 p.m., Saturday, February 6 at the United Methodist Church in Wagner. Masks are recommended for those in attendance. The service will be streamed on the Wagner United Methodist Church Facebook page.

Batherine “Bea” Feather (St. Pierre) 95, of Pendleton, OR died Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA. Funeral services were Thursday, January 21 at Peters Funeral Home in Wagner. Burial was at the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, Greenwood.

Theresa Marie Wilson born August 5, 1954 passed away December 27, 2020. Theresa lived a fulfilling life as a mother, sister, wife and friend. She was from Lake Andes and was lucky enough to travel the world with her husband of 47 years Larry Wilson.
