Muriel Ann (Smits) Van Gerpen died of natural causes at age 89 on Sunday, February 14, 2021 in her home with her loving family by her side. Funeral services were Friday, February 19 at Calvary Baptist Church in Yankton with Pastor Errin Mulberry officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Paula Mae Schweitzer, 62, peacefully passed away with her family by her side on February 7, 2021 at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 1 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mark's Catholic Church in Lake Andes.

Lynette died Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner, the result of an automobile accident. Wake services were held at 7 PM on Saturday and Sunday at the National Guard Armory in Wagner. Funeral services were 10 AM, Monday, February 22 at St.

Wayne Powers, 85, of Wagner died Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the Good Samaritan Society in Wagner. A Memorial Mass was held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Marty on Thursday, February 11.

Funeral services for Patricia Brock, 70, of Wagner were held Thursday, February 11 at the YST Community Gym in Wagner. Burial was at the Sundance Grounds, rural Marty. Peters Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Public visitation (without family present) for Alice Easterling, 91, of Wagner will be Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Peters Funeral Home in Wagner. Due to Covid19 health concerns, private funeral services will be held with burial in the ZCBJ Cemetery, rural Wagner.

Wanda Marie Cadotte, 83, of Flandreau passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls. Wanda was born in Flandreau September 4, 1937 to Howard L. and Catherine (Cottier) Robertson. She grew up in Flandreau, graduating from FHS in 1955.

Funeral services for Myron Leclaire, 56, of Ravinia, were held Wednesday, January 20, at the White Swan Community Center, Lake Andes. Burial was in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, Greenwood. Myron Todd LeClaire was born to Bernice Medicine Bear and Philip LeClaire, Jr.

Carol Ely Hill, 98, of Wagner, peacefully passed away in Carlsbad, CA, on January 21, 2021, surrounded by loved ones. Carol was born on December 16th, 1922, to Mary Schuldt and Harry Ely in the town of Wagner.

Jerald (Jerry) Lee Light of Wakonda, passed away February 1, 2021 with family by his side. Born August 23, 1949 in Lake Andes to Maymie (Bent) Light and Earl Light.
