From time to time, I hear discussions on whether hiring a guide is a good thing, and since I was a tournament angler and guide, I feel that there are numerous reasons one should hire a guide.

Bluebirds Play in SD State B Amateur Baseball Tournament The Tabor Bluebirds, District B runner up, advanced to the 91st South Dakota State B Amateur Baseball Tournament at Cadwell Park in Mitchell held August 2 - August 13. Twenty-eight teams qualified for the State Tournament.

Athletes from the Wagner Waves Swim Team competed at the 2023 AAU Junior Olympics from July 27th - 30th in Des Moines, IA as part of the James River Valley League Team along with other athletes from the league and over 600 national and international athletes.

On Monday, July 24, Wagner’s Post 7913 VFW 16U Teener team began their post-season play against Tri-Valley at Jack Hennies Field.
