SPRINGFIELD COLLEGE MUSEUM UPDATES UNDERWAY

The Springfield College Museum committee knew that the wooden ramp and steps in front of the museum needed to be repaired or replaced. When the ramp was checked out, it was determined that there was more to repair than what was first anticipated.

BON HOMME COUNTY 4-H RECOGNITION EVENT

The Bon Homme County 4-H Recognition Event was held on Sunday afternoon, October 13th, at the 4-H Center in Tyndall in conjunction with their annual Soup Kitchen. Lila Stutzman kicked off the event as our guest speaker.

10 Years Ago – 2014 The General Election was set for the following Tuesday. Over a dozen turbines had been erected over the past week with more popping up daily. A card shower was requested in honor of Sylvia Meiers’ 90th birthday and also Lauren and Sylvia Meiers’ 68th wedding anniversary.

I would like to introduce you to new books written by Kim Michele Richardson. The Lake Andes Library book club has recently read the first book I will describe today and are currently reading the second book by the same author, which I will introduce you to next week.
