Avon School Junior Class Bingo and Soup Fundraiser was held Saturday, January 17, and was a great success despite the cold weather. A special thank you goes out to everyone who donated door prizes, as well as to those who braved the cold to come out and support the Junior Class.
Senior Night on Thursday, January 22, was filled with emotion, appreciation, and strong performances as the gymnastics team honored three seniors who have made a lasting impact on the program.

The year began with Avon students, athletes and community members earning recognition at the state and national level. The Avon Fire Department honored its members at its annual banquet, and South Dakota marked a historic transition as Larry Rhoden became the state’s 34th Governor.
From classrooms and competition floors to fire halls and fairgrounds, 2025 proved once again that the Lake Andes and Ravinia areas thrive on dedication, resilience, and togetherness.
As the calendar turns and 2025 settles into memory, the Wagner community can look back on a year filled with growth, change, celebration, and resilience.
