Here it is, August. Summer has flown by and already there is Halloween candy roaming the shelves of Walmart. For most of us, August also brings the normal adjustment of transitioning back to the school year.

Choteau Creek Brewing Company had their 2nd annual Sausage Fest this past weekend on August 12. They offered three different types of handmade sausages that included jalapeno, gyro and the badger state sausage.

With the beginning of school, Moms in Prayer will be starting up again. This is a Christ centered prayer ministry made up of Moms and other interested ladies desiring to pray for the students and the school. The organization was started over 30 years ago by Fern Nichols.
