WAGNER RAIDERS REPRESENT AT PICKSTOWN RUNNING CAMP
Larry Lucas outdid himself again this year with the 9th Annual Pickstown Running Camp. The camp is held annually, the last Wednesday Friday of June. This is an awesome way to start to think about and get into the pre-training of the upcoming cross country season.
SOUKUP, PESICKA SHINE DESPITE DOUBLEHEADER LOSSES
On Monday, June 22, Wagner’s Post 11 Junior and Senior Legion teams traveled to Parkston.Austin DeVries got the start on the mound. He got a quick hook after walking the first two batters on eight pitches. Landon Ronfeldt then came in to relieve.
WAGNER JUNIORS DEFEAT ALEXANDRIA; SENIORS FALL
The Junior and Senior Legion boys came right back the next night, Tuesday, June 23, to host Alexandria.The Junior boys got off to a good start, taking a 7-1 lead after two innings.
COOPER SHINES AGAINST FORMER TEAM DESPITE LOSS
On Friday, June 26, the Post 11 Junior and Senior Legion teams were in action at Tabor.Ron Knudsen got the start on the mound for the juniors. He pitched two innings allowing nine runs, all earned, on eight hits and a walk while striking out one.
WAGNER EARNS SPLIT BEHIND STRONG NIGHTCAP EFFORT
Wagner’s American Legion Post 11 14U team traveled to Scotland on Monday, June 22, and would split a doubleheader.In the first game Wagner fell by a score of 8-3. Ryder Insko pitched all four innings allowing eight runs, five of which were earned.

On Wednesday, June 24, the 14U boys were back in action, this time hosting Salem in a twin bill.Salem plated two runs in the first inning on a couple of singles, a walk, and a passed ball.
SUMMERTIME FUN
There was plenty of action Saturday morning at the Wagner swimming pool as the Wagner Swim Team was host to Armour, Tyndall, and O'Neill. McCormick Field also drew a crowd as the girls softball team took on Scotland.

ONE UP, ONE DOWN FOR POST 11On Monday, June 15, Wagner’s Post 11 14U American Legion team took hosted the team from Winner/ Colome in a doubleheader.In the first game Ryder Insko took the mound and pitched four innings.
14U LEADS STRONG WEEK FOR POST 11 BASEBALL
Wagner's Post 11 baseball teams were in action throughout the week, with the 14U squad posting three straight victories, the Senior Legion team opening its season with a shutout win, and the Junior Legion team earning a split during tournament play in Winner.
