AVON SENIOR GIRLS BASKETBALL PLAYERS RECOGNIZED

Avon hosted Tripp/Delmont/ Armour on Thursday night where they took the win 63-49. CourtneySeesledthescoreboards with 20 points, McKenna Kocmich had 19 and Rilyn Thury added 18. Thury led in rebounds pulling down 12, Sees had 9 and Kocmich 5.

LADY THUNDER FALL TO CENTERVILLE TORNADOES

Andes Central/ Dakota Christian traveled to fell to the Centerville, 40-52 in the championship game of the Great Plains Classic. Halle Olson and Mahpiya Irving lead the team scoring 9 points each, Josie Brouwer and Gabbie Olson scored 8 each.

AC/DC 13 22 37 53 Marty 12 16 29 33 Andes Central/Dakota Christian defeated Marty Tuesday, February 6th 53-33. Josie Brouwer was the leading scorer with 22 points, Halle Olson scored 10 points and Gabbie Olson 6.

WAGNER BOUNCES BACK AGAINST CHAMBERLAIN

The Wagner boys got back to their winning ways Friday night in Chamberlain. The Raiders jumped out to a 18-10 lead after the first period and led 27-21 at half time.

RED RAIDERS FALL TO GREGORY

Wagner lost a tough road game on Tuesday night in Gregory. The boys struggled from the beginning of the game and fell behind 15-4 after the first period. Gregory poured it on in the second quarter, they took a 32-8 lead into the half.

WBH TWO GYMNASTS PUT ON A GOOD SHOW AT STATE

Alexys Rueb and Jasmine Ruelas both competed well Saturday morning at the state meet held at T.F Riggs High School in Pierre, Saturday, February 10th. These two girls were fun to watch and hang out with this weekend.
