10 Years Ago 2015 Bob Burns joined the Swier Law Firm, Prof. LLC. A card shower was requested for the 80th birthday of Allen Vacknitz. Katrina Kazena was a new student at Avon High School joining the sophomore class. Sixty-one students, 7th-12th grade signed up to participate in archery.

I’ve now been Governor of South Dakota for about 2 weeks. We finally have bills reaching my desk. I just signed my first bill as Governor, Senate Bill 7, which bans Sanctuary Cities in South Dakota. This bill is a strong piece of legislation.
