EARLY LEARNING CENTER WINTER CONCERT

Wagner Early Learning Center entertained parents and guest at their Winter Concert held Tuesday, December 3rd under the direction of Mr. Genzlinger and Mr. Wilbur. The kindergarten class sung "I'm a Little Snowflake", "Jingle Bells" and "The Penguin Polka".

SCHOOL ORAL INTERP SENIORS EARN SUPERIOR

The Wagner Oral Interp team headed to the state competition in Sturgis on Thursday, December 5th. The team competed against tough competition and judges on Thursday and Friday.

WAGNER PARADE OF LIGHTS HELD

Wagner's Parade of Lights was held Friday night, December 6th. Main Street quickly filled with cars and eager spectators for the parade and the evening activities and shopping fun including pictures with Santa at the Wagner Theatre.

National Special Education Day

This year’s National Special Education Day is being celebrated on December 2nd. This day honors the signing of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) which became a law in 1975. This law guarantees that children with disabilities have access to free and appropriate public education.

This week’s high school “Pirate of the Week” is Sophi Paulsen. She is a 15-year-old sophomore with a life full of fun and laughter. Some of Sophi’s favorite things to do are to draw, play video games, and hang out with her cat.

Anna Small, a 4th grader at AHS, is the daughter of Mark and Mandy Small, and the sister of Gracie, Ella, and Irelynn Small. When asked what subjects/activities she is most passionate about, Anna responded, “I like math because I am good at it and it is fun.

Pierce William Jonkers was born on August 4th 2006, and is the son of Mike and Barb Jonkers. Pierce enjoys many hobbies such as boating, listening to music, playing video games, playing basketball, and going hunting.

Allison Rae Frank was born on January 3rd, 2007. Her parents are Christi and Stacy Frank, and she has three siblings, Weston, Ashton, and Jasmin. Some hobbies she enjoys is reading a good book, baking snickerdoodle cookies, and taking naps.
