The Wagner Red Raiders finished their season with a tough loss to Elk Point Jefferson in the Sweet 16 with a final score of 1-14. Going in as the 8th seed battling against the 9th seed, we knew we were in for a good game.

Wagner’s seven athletes traveled to Sioux Falls’ Howard Wood Field to compete in the 2023 State Track and Field Championships May 25-27. Matt Link competed in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.74 which would not be fast enough for the finals.
